Each Hotel or Service will provide you with their own confirmation complying whit their reservation policies, and there should be an article saying its “CONFIRMED”.
Where can I find the hotel’s and / or service’s telephone number and/or email address?
When contacting the Hotel or service with the form on their minisite in GoTravelHotels.com they will reply to you with their E-mail address, but you can also request the telephone number or directions when contacting the hotel or services.
Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?
Most Hotels and Services need a pre-payment of the services since they need to confirm availabilities, but to be sure please check their reservation policies in their minisite in GoTravelHotels.com
I will be arriving earlier/later than the check-in time that says in GoTravelHotels.com. Can I still check-in?
Usually that’s not a problem; you can request an early or late check in on the comments box when contacting the hotel. And if there is no availability for that, most of the hotels will let you stay for a longer time in the hotel facilities.

I want a smoking room however I only says non-smoking rooms. How can I request a smoking room?
You can ask for this at the moment of contacting a hotel, and they will tell you if they have this kind of facility in the hotel.
